I work at the intersection of social change, leadership, and justice using research, lived experience, and storytelling to challenge systems that exclude and to create space for more inclusive futures.
My work is driven by a belief that stories matter — not as symbols, but as tools for understanding, accountability, and change. Through public speaking, leadership development, and strategic advisory work, I support individuals and institutions in thinking critically, questioning the status quo, and translating values into meaningful action.
My advocacy is grounded in long-term work across refugee protection, gender equity, cultural diversity, and sport for development. I am particularly committed to creating opportunities for young women and marginalised communities to shape their own narratives and futures, rather than being spoken for.
Drawing on my experiences as a former refugee and a scholar-practitioner, I bring both depth and nuance to conversations about equity and belonging. I create spaces that are honest, reflective, and action-oriented, where people feel supported to engage with complexity and take on responsibility.
For me, this work is not about visibility or performance. It is about purpose. It is about using voice, knowledge, and leadership to contribute to lasting change beyond the stage, beyond the moment, and into systems that endure.

Drawing on lived experience, research, and years of working with communities and institutions, the program supports participants to build clarity, confidence, and direction. It focuses on self-leadership, identity, decision-making, and long-term goal setting, providing practical tools to navigate both personal and career pathways.
The program is available as a year-long engagement or a focused 6-month pathway, allowing participants to concentrate on specific areas of development while receiving tailored guidance and accountability. At its core, the program is about intentional growth, equipping people with the insight and confidence to move forward with purpose.
